The wellness aisle has never been bigger. Walk into any supermarket or scroll through any health-focused website and you'll find hundreds of products all competing to be the most natural, the most pure, the most clean. Most of them are not what they claim to be. After spending a considerable amount of time researching what actually goes into the products I use daily — from cooking oils to skincare — here are five things I wish I had known much earlier. 1. "Natural" Is Not a Regulated Term in India This is the big one. In India, there is no strict legal definition that a product must meet before it can call itself natural.
